The MotionEye default IP and port in V1.3 is - 192.168.42.1:8765
This is returning a 404 error. Possibly due to an iptable rule.

The service can still be accessed by visiting the LAN IP and port: http://10.0.0.10:8765
In settings mode, in the OpenHAB control, just change the default address to the one above.
We'll get this fixed in version 1.4. We'll try to use 'localhost' or something instead.
Which may be better, since version 1.4. will permit the user to mess with the wi-fi ip range and SSID etc.

Reversed the UI's, so instead of having OpenHab as the main Ui and our HTML UI inside that, OpenHab is now one of the many apps inside out HTML UI. Now this can be rectified more easily , consider it done in fact
