create a function for easily combining truncation bounds

It would be nice if it was possible to easily combine truncation bounds. Right now truncation happens over every estimated dimension of a MarginalPosterior... The process could be made a bit more explicit.

v0.3 not further developed. This is possible in v0.4, due to flexibility of bounding strategies.
