'Posted on ... by' not translated

Hi,

I don't understand why the 'understrap_posted_on' function do not translate the strings 'Posted on' and 'by'. All is translated apart those strings. It appends on understrap and understrap-child.
I work with the latest WP, understrap themes dowloaded on github and dev env Local by FlyWheel.

EDIT: Sorry, have to recompile .mo file for my language and it's works
