Upgrade to 0.3.7 problems

There is a problem upgrading from 0.3.6 to 0.3.10.

Mainly, the upgrade migration container needs to be part of the same network, which it is not.

So, consider going from 0.3.6 to 0.3.7. Then, rebuild the network

Documentation is updated. The upgrades appear to work. its just confusing when doing the upgrade.
