Threat Beta Threat Board Feed View Duplicates Comments when moving among views

Problem

Moving to the feed view for a particular threat board displays all comments for the feed. Everything looks fine when initially navigating there. However, switching to the article or board view and back causes another complete set of the existing comments to be added to the Activity area. Does not happen for articles.

Solution

Comments should only appear once in the activity area of a threat board's feed view.
