Analytic exchange NGRX / load time refactor

1. Remove attack patterns from this store, if it's handled globally through #1519
2. Refactor or remove getInstrusionSetsByAttackPattern call, as it currently takes way too long
3. Move intrusion sets to the global ngrx store, update threat dashboard store for this change
