split rackspace repo into: experiments, opentabs, development (unhost.it), tos-dr, myfavouritesandwich, apptorrent

deprecate appsapp, syncstorage, useraddress

created opentabs, tos-dr, myfavouritesandwich, libredocs. did not create development, leaving that inside experiments for now. did not deprecate old experiments, i think from the fact that the repo is called experiments, they don't do any harm there. and it's easier if i want to look it up to not have to browse history. in fact, i was thinking to create a 'memories' repo or something, for keeping things like v0.1, and other old things under easy reference. will switch DNS on the 4 domains i took out of experiments, and remove them out of experiments, so that we don't keep stale versions there

also split out useraddress (user address ownership tools) and yourremotestorage
