Measure and show Git Metrics in a CodeCity

There should be a new GraphProvider for Git repositories, measuring the number of authors and the number of commits for each file across all branches within a specific time range.

Furthermore, SEE should fetch new commits regularly, and if a new commit is made, SEE shall pull the changes automatically and update the Code City.
