E-mail reminder for reports

Send an automatic e-mail to partner/cso Authorized Officer and Users for the following

-Reminder e-mail sent 1 week before the report is due (should include name of the report,PD title and reference number, reporting period and due date)
-Overdue report e-mail sent every week for an over due report until the report is submitted (should include name of the report, PD title and reference number,reporting period and due date)"

What is User in this case? Programme Document has Authorized officers, UNICEF focal points, and Partner focal points.

Is there a sample email body and subject that I can use? I'm not sure how these email notifications should be written.
