E-mail notification of submitted reports

Once a partner submits a report the system should generate an e-mail notification to be sent to the organization's authorized officers and users that includes the following: Submission of report name, reporting period, name of user submitting the report, date submitted"
There is a email notification already. currently it is:
Dear Johan Guava,
