Assuming distribution plan had been created and supplies added to distribution plan.

  • user should be able to mark an item in the distribution plan as trackable. these are UNICEF supplies from which feedback is required.
  • trackable- check box to mark item as trackable. SMS should only be sent for items marked as trackable.
