Display marker clusters & Heat map for SMSs received form RapidPro for each selected location

Narrative
As a NECOC DMS user I want to visualise the density or messages on the map So that I can quickly see which locations that are reporting the most about a particular disaster

Assumptions

• This will only cater for messages received from RapidPro
• For now all data will be displayed until timeline story is played
• Sub counties will be added at a later stage & selection of a district will show clusters over each sub county

• None

Pending questions/Notes

• Will this cater for uReport as well?
• There might be a 'data bias' for city centers (Depends on number of people registered)

Main Tasks

• Add heat map, based on SMS density, over the map of Uganda
• Add cluster over selected region (In this case District).

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that I am a NECOC DMS user When I Navigate to the dashboard Then a heat map showing the density of the messages received will be displayed
• Given that I am a NECOC DMS user When I Navigate to the dashboard and select any district Then a marker cluster showing the number of messages received for that district
