kPhonetic 1053

This group currently has 24 characters and 16 additions, as can be seen with this link:

https://analyticphysics.com/Language/Chinese Phonetic Groups.htm?current=1053&highlight

All additions are combinations with radicals and most appear accurate. One standout is moved in #266, since the radical in this case appears to provide the sound.

This group has a number of oddities: U+3442 㑂, U+3537 㔷, U+41E4 䇤, U+42D1 䋑 and U+22A3F 𢨿. In all cases the radical does not appear to provide the sound, but except possibly for the last neither does the root phonetic. Guess they can stay here for the time being.

Unless more reassignments are warranted, this issue can be closed.
