Inscription error

hey, i inscribed a .unisat domain(Inscription #9812889) from unisat website on 29 May 23. it's showing under my items on Magic Eden but not on Unisat website, while today i found out that someone also inscribed on 2 June 23 (Inscription #10534684) and selling on magic eden. Though his inscription is showing under unisat domain categories on magic eden, but mine is not even showing under unisat domain categories. Upon inquiring with one of the admins in unisat discord, he said someone else (3rd probably) inscribed it already on 30 Mar 23 (ordinals.com/inscription/b66b14d2de14354612c82925d1349142247b094dfb7e1d84547a160a4ac97625i0). No idea what's going on and y it showed to me as available on unisat website, when i inscribed it on 29 May 23. Please sort it out and help me get what i paid for at the earliest. Thank you.
The two inscriptions #9812889 and #10534684 are both invalid. On our site, 777.unisat is already taken on Mar 30.
Before inscribing, you'd better search on https://unisat.io/search?q=777&type=unisat&p=1 to check if it is taken by others first.
yes i checked it already by myself afterwards, but on the unisat official website, when i selected to inscribe 777.unisat, it showed me the green tick and allowed me to mint. of course i didn't know at that time how to check directly from ordinals if a domain name is registered or not. so i trusted unisat's official website n proceeded. As per the rules, it shud hv shown me not available or already registered on unisat website. This is why im upset of loosing my funds, as at least being ur own domain services (.unisat), it shouldn't have that glitch.
I've tested many times, if I inscribe domain on .sats and .unisat tab, it will tell me if the domain is taken by others. And it's correct. But on text tab, our site won't check if it is a domain.
i did not inscribe on text tab. y wud i do it when .sats or .unisat tabs r right next to it? I explained u before, i did only after it showed me that this domain is available to register, that is with the green tick. if u r claiming that u tested then it may surprise u, that no it did not work for me at least, don't know about the 3rd person who was able to inscribe as well. i can't understand y u r making me argue for the same point again n again :). I have explained u this several times already, will appreciate if u can sort out this matter now by just refunding me. Thank you!
Sorry, I also explained to you in discord, there's no bug here. And no refund on this. To avoid this issue happen again, please do more check before inscribing.
so it was u who asked me in discord to contact on github for this issue n now u r saying the same thing? wow. cudn't b more disappointed :) i don't know when we'll start having fair operations in web3!
