Using the sidebar "switch perspective" option gives wrong FQN

When In a namespace perspective and using the sidebar to choose another (sub) perspective, the FQN produced is relative to the current perspective and will result in a broken UI with an empty codebase tree in the sidebar.

Note: this works if a deep namespace is picked as a perspective without any existing perspective.
