Tablet/Phone view horizontal scrollbar

The hash tooltip, being very wide, means responsive views (tablet/phone) have a horizontal scroll bar

Perhaps showing the full hash is never valuable? Could add a "copy full hash" button as an alternative.

Additionally the empty state causes another level of scroll bar.
