Update poetry dependencies in benchmark project folder

There are many CVEs noted in the benchmark project folder poetry dependencies. Vincent, since you basically own this sub-project, I'd appreciate if you could run poetry update on your environment, and follow down anything that needs manual attention. (Please check the Dependabot, as well).
