Add page on affiliated projects

QuTiP is now an affiliated project of Unitary Fund. A page or label could be added about it, also for prospective projects, with a Typeform application form ( similar to the micro-grants) or some other contact information, as well as a list of features provided from being supported by UF, such as:
- exclusive access to expert legal counsel (IP issues, licenses, governance).
- governance support
- tailored programs such as mentorship programs
- interaction with an experts community and its events
- help from advisors
