Copyright years are inconsistent and mostly outdated

Issue

The copyright year is inconsistent on different pages within the site, and outdated on nearly all pages. Most pages just say "© 2020 Unitary Fund," recent blog posts say "© 2020-2023 Unitary Fund," and other pages such as careers and research say "© 2020-2022 Unitary Fund."

Recommendation

1. To prevent the impression that the page is not maintained, all pages should have a uniform and current copyright notice in the footer. Since the 2020-2023 range is used on the latest blog posts, this should be the copyright notice on all pages.
2. A shell script that could be executed annually to automatically update the copyright year would be a convenient addition.
