What do you think?

Hi, and sorry for the late response.
After recent development, Citre documentations have follow up with the code changes, so it's in a good state to publish online.
I'm not 100% sure, but here are reasons to publish it on ctags.io:
- Citre is, obviously, the best tags file frontend on Emacs, so it may help Emacs & Universal Ctags users.
- I do think this documentation shows some strengths of ctags, which may be interesting to ctags users.
Here are reasons to not publish it:
- Citre is now a package with multiple backends. The global and eglot backends are irrelevant to Ctags users.
I would like to know:
- What will this look like? Is it some webpages that shows
README.md
and all docs indocs/
? - If we offer a link to Citre in ctags.io, does it achieve the same advertising effect?
