While some repositories in this organization have GitHub issue/PR templates (e.g. nitro), others don't.

I think it's beneficial for unjs organization and its ecosystem to provide github issue/PR templates, because they would bring unified development process, which, for example, saves your and even others' time, especially in triage phase.

I could submit a PR based on nitro or other repositories, but would like to hear authors thoughts first.
