Form tool is not showing in vue-email-editor

i am already using a paid plan. in normal javascript it works fine but when I try to make it as vue component with vue-email-editor form is not working somehow.

How did you add the custom tools (free plan) ?? I couldn't add them

I am using PAID plan :)
