Specifically this comment, addressing sys-firewall or other defined dom0's updatevm with new repository definitions having landed under /etc/qubes/repos that are currently not managed by cacher and might cause problems without inotifywatch deamon under repositories, and redeployment or files on package cacher package updates.

My error. This is adminvm requirement (dom0)
