When trying to run Unraid.USB.Creator.Win32-2.1.exe, I get this error:

Unraid.USB.Creator.Win32-2.1.exe - System Error
The program can't start because api-ms-shcore-scaling0l1-1-1.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this 
problem.
