[Request] "Tint Darkness with Moon Color" uses dominant phase moon

Currently, Small Time tints darkness applied to scenes with the first available moon. However, if you have a new blue moon and a full red moon, the scene gets tinted blue. The request is to use the dominant moon phase.

Alternatively, blend the two if easier.

Things get exponentially more complicated when taking into account more than one moon, but I'll look into this when I do the next major dive.
