create multiple group tabs input

We'll create new input field on vue, but this input configuration is going to hydrated on ManageForm. We need a input schema format type as called "tab-group". This input retains all input fields on only one model value and has custom showing slots for premium, premium+, exclusive tab features. So this input needs a schema property on its input schema.
