Dill docs have the development version number in the title on RTD

Current title on https://dill.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ reads "dill package documentation — dill 0.3.6.dev0 documentation", which is the same as if I generate the documentation locally.

That's correct. The only docs that I have hosted on RTD is the "latest" (and not the latest "stable" release, or prior releases). I want to have the dev version hosted on RTD, as often releases can have several months in between them. I have thought about also hosting the release versions (and it's probably a good thing to do), but just haven't done so.
