Hi. It is likely i am missing something, but it seems one cannot change the line height of a horizontal rule. Is this indeed the case?

I doubt it. :) The README covers just about everything Caracal can do. If an attribute is not discussed, it is, generally speaking, not supported (yet).

Truthfully, I'm many years removed from being an expert on the OOXML Caracal writes, but does the spacing attribute not allow you to achieve the effect you want? IIRC, the rule is just a paragraph with a bottom border in OOXML, so I was thinking the spacing attribute would allow you to control the height of the paragraph, maybe?

Thanks. :) spacing gets us closer, but there still appears to be a line spacing that could be set. Might dig into this a bit more when there is time.
