Grading Guidelines for v2

Are there / will there be any grading guidelines posted for v2 like there were for the previous deliverables? Those were really useful for deciding what we specifically needed to have.

Since the non-normative scenarios were specified, there was no immediate need to have a v2 grading guidelines available. I will see if we can have one available before the deadline, but no promises.
