Of course another name Treasury change causing issues :)
EC7 Category (not subcategory) - in Column B on the project baseline bulk upload template should now be:
7-Administrative
When I did a load of a 7.1 project, ours has currently has: 7-Administrative and Other
and I received this error from the Portal:
