Input Template: Style optional fields differently

While there aren't many, users expressed that it would be helpful to know which fields are optional so they can ignore them :)

The following updates have been made to v20220815

General

• All Optional field headers are now styled differently (bold, italicized with light blue background)
  • Required, Conditional and unknown fields are all bold with a gray background (unchanged)
  • This has been added to the Update Validation button, so that if things change in the future, the formatting will always match the latest requirements

Logic

• Update Validation button
  • Will now format Optional field headers in addition to setting the input validation
• Update Help button
  • Will now add Required/Optional/Conditional as the first line of the Help text
