Summary
Completion of this epic means CARMA Streets's will contain functionality to consume detection information from simulation and produces SDSMs messages. This requires V2X-Hub to consume detection information from CDASim, forward this information to CARMA-Streets via Kafka and consume SDSM (Sensor Data Sharing Messages) published by CARMA-Streets and forward those to the RSU for broadcast ( Copy of Jira Epic https://usdot-carma.atlassian.net/browse/CDAR-75)
