Describe the task
Dependabot has identified that iPython should be updated to 8.10 (ipython = ">=7.31.1,<9.0.0")
Acceptance Criteria
- Update iPython to remove warning
- Ensure Jupyter notebooks run ok
- Make sure the pipeline runs and no secondary dependencies are broken in the upgrade process
