Opening `Forks` page from within another `Insights` tab does not trigger the scan

To reproduce:

  1. Install and activate the Chrome Extension
  2. Go to an Insights page (https://github.com/useful-forks/useful-forks.github.io/pulse)
  3. Navigate to the Forks tab

Somehow that doesn't trigger the scan, but if you land on that Forks tab from elsewhere than the Insights page, it works.
