Ability to rotate exhaust smoke effect

A way to rotate exhausts smoke effect (it would also affect backfire effect from backfire als mod).
Idk if it could be read directly from dumies rotation,
or if the exhaust dummy would need to be parented to other dummy/object with name specifying xyz rotations.
