User is able to input alphabet instead of amount after creating new material

Steps to reproduce

• Click on the Materials menu item from the Dashboard.
• Navigate to Materials Management page.
• Click on the Add Material button.
• Enter a non numeric value for price.
• Fill and submit Add New Materials modal.

Expected result
System should not allow to enter a non numeric value for price.

Actual result
System allows to enter a non numeric value for price.
