Migrate Error Pages to Jinga2

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The error pages: 500 and 404 are currently use an old theme does not match beta.

Describe the feature you'd like to see on the AGAGD.

Move the templates to jinga2 and migrate their themes.

Notes

There could be other improvements here like adding an image to fill space and provide a clear indication of the error.
