Is missing content in the <title> tag in the head section (the tag is there, but it is empty). This tag determines what appears in search results as well as the window title. While I don't think an h1 is necessary on this page, the page should have a title in the head section.
Probably use the $TITLE variable, but then hide the h1 using CSS.
