Account email verification not working (no email sent)

i am very apologize for my poor english. i have deployed ushahidi v3 on my cpanel. But when i try to update my password, i don't receive the email that should contain a token. Overall i can not receive or send email in my ushahidi v3 deployment. But i do not have this problem with ushahidi v2.5 who is deployed on the same cpanel. Please help me. Thanks you in advance
