Research spike: Links from Metaschema formal specs (XSD) to docs

User Story:

As a user of Metaschema technologies, I would like everything to be traceable.

One place that would be good to see links would be from the Metaschema schema (XSD) to documentation and definitions.

Goals:

• Research possible architectures for links between Metaschema definitions and documents
• Plan deployment of such links in useful resources (e.g., Metaschema XSD)

Dependencies:

• Metaschema documentation (link target set) must be stable
• This includes linking syntax - anchors on header IDs, etc. must be stable

Acceptance Criteria

• One or more plans for providing these links have been developed and agreed on in principle
• Follow-up Issues are created accordingly with work items (editing XSD etc.)
