Would be nicer for authors to have a element based on , but constraining @keys to a single key name and defaulting @scope to be external.

created scapComponent element specializing keydef in scapDataStreamCollection structural module. @keys constrained to be required and to be NCName in rnc. Still need to constrain in dtd
