Add support for async sink implementation where backend tech allows.

This would be a major change and so will probably not be done in go-pubsub at this point. However it is supported in https://github.com/uw-labs/substrate which is intended to eventually replace go-pubsub.
Substrate is ready to use now, so I'm going to close this issue.
