Posts don't appear in order

Hi,

First of all thanks for this excellent fork. I noticed on my local tests that when browsing /new.json (or similar) the postsdon't appear in correct order but rather randomly, is this maybe issue at my end or something bit wrong in the code?

The "issue" is that ordering currently doesn't depend on the initial reddit query, but on the response to check for duplicates.
