Get yourself 52 petabytes of storage. Fill it up with nothing but v4 UUIDs (binary, for compactness). Then get yourself another 100-200 petabytes of storage so you can index all that.

Congratulations, you've built a real-world system that has a 0.0001% of demonstrating an actual, real-world v4 UUID collision.

I.e. They're unique. 😁
