Email settings not getting saved

Title

site/en/agent/settings/email/settings --> After changed setting, getting back default value.

Issue Description

I am trying to save email setting. After update all the settings its getting by default value

even I clear the project cache but still same. No any permission issues.

While running the cron job mail box getting refreshed but throwing error :

[Nitsz92]

I am closing this. I found the issue and marked resolved.
