Add ROI inputs

GoCAK and GoCTFK can both accept ROI inputs now, so the nodes need to be updated appropriately.

I will work on it. But as discussed, we need to provide options to create/load the ROI files. Currently the CurveAlign and CT-FIRE only accept matlab .mat ROI file as an input.
