v2ray problem on youtube command

hi , when i use a v2ray ( with any panel) on Linode and Digital Ocean server , in youtube it doesn't let me comment onn any video and give me error :
the operation couldnt be completed.
i thought it is due to my youtube account problem but if i turn off VPN then it no problem.
. how to fix this ?
