[AVDGS] Pilot TOBT confirmation

If the pilot has not confirmed their TOBT yet, a red "Your TOBT has not been confirmed yet!" could show in the same position as the green "Your TOBT has been confirmed!" text that shows once a TOBT has been set.

If the TOBT hasn't been confirmed yet, the VDGS should not show a TOBT and TSAT to force pilots to set a TOBT. The current display based on the EOBT might lead pilots to believe everything is already set correctly if their EOBT equals their TOBT.
