Submit button does not work unless everything in Flight Plan is filled.

Submit button not working unless all the data entry boxes are filled. This does not work well with aircrafts already in oceanic airspace, hence no need to add their entry point or entry times. Better to add a check box with "oceanic clearance" to fill all data entry boxes only if its a clearance
