Duplicate data in a gw csv file

data/2019-20/gws/gw29.csv has rows for fixture 275 with incomplete / incorrect data.
The actual data for fixture 275 is in gw39.csv
So you can delete those rows in gw29. The same problem doesn't seem to be in any other gw files.
